This home is located in a gorgeous master planned community with access to community pool. There are 3 fobs available to access the community pool and center.

We include a reasonable starter amount of toilet paper, paper towels, and other consumables like shampoo, conditioner, body wash, dish detergent, and laundry detergent. Beyond the starter package, our guests are expected to manage their refills.

To keep everything secure and smooth, we might ask for a government-issued ID, a confirmation of your contact details, a matching credit card, and possibly a quick background check.

By booking, you agree to our rental terms, provide the necessary documents before check-in, and understand that check-in details will be sent after we complete the verification.

For your stay, we'll place a temporary hold on your credit card as a security deposit. This hold is just a pre-authorization and will be released automatically within 2 days after check-out, as long as everything goes smoothly.

Pets are welcome on a case-by-case basis. Well-behaved cats and dogs with a non-refundable deposit ($250 per pet per stay). Please keep animals off furniture and pick up after your dog in the backyard. Poop bags are provided. Breed restrictions apply - NO whole or in part mixed breeds of any of the following: ROTTWEILER, PIT BULL, STAFFORDSHIRE TERRIER, DOBERMAN PINSCHER, AKITA, ALASKAN MALAMUTE, SIBERIAN HUSKY, WOLD BREEDS, CHOW CHOW, GREAT DANE, PRESA CANARIOS, MASTIFF. All guests will fill out a renter's agreement, upload their ID to confirm the reservation, and pay a $500 returnable security deposit.

A car will be needed to access this home. There is no public transportation nearby. Uber and Lyft may also be difficult depending on time of day.
