The enormous lower bedroom features an antique bed, workspace, and a queen-sized sleeper sofa. The chef's kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare delicious meals, including small appliances, and a beer and wine fridge. The living room has comfortable seating and an 80” QLED 8k TV, perfect for movie nights and sports viewing. Foodies and home chefs will be delighted!

The highlight of this Brownstone is undoubtedly the rooftop terrace, which features an outdoor kitchen and gas fireplace. You can enjoy a delicious meal while taking in the breathtaking views of the River Park & Trails. It's the perfect spot to unwind after a long day of exploring the neighborhood. Heron House offers easy access through the front door by digital lock and includes two garage spaces with remote openers. There is no on-street parking.

We include a reasonable starter amount of toilet paper, paper towels, and other consumables like shampoo, conditioner, body wash, dish detergent, and laundry detergent. Beyond the starter package, our guests are expected to manage their refills.

Verification Portal:
To keep everything secure and smooth, we might ask for a government-issued ID, a confirmation of your contact details, a matching credit card, and possibly a quick background check.
Don’t worry—your information is only used for verification and isn’t stored.
By booking, you agree to our rental terms, provide the necessary documents before check-in, and understand that check-in details will be sent after we complete the verification.
We'll also place a temporary hold on your credit card as a security deposit. This hold is just a pre-authorization and will be released automatically within 2 days after check-out, as long as everything goes smoothly.

Pest Control:
We also perform regular pest control to keep the space comfortable, but since we’re close to nature, you might occasionally encounter a critter or two.

Pet Fee/s:
We’re happy to welcome pets! The pet fee is $100 for one pet for the entire stay. If you’re bringing a second pet, please let us know in advance—an additional fee of $50 applies for short-term stays or $100 for long-term stays. Unauthorized pets will incur a $300 charge per pet. Thanks for understanding!

Trash Service:
To maintain cleanliness, we have arranged for a professional trash service to manage the bins on your behalf.
Wednesday: The service will access the garage to move the bins to the curb for collection.
Thursday: They will return the bins to their original location inside the garage.

By booking this listing, you acknowledge and agree that the service provider will access the garage on these days solely for trash bin management. Their access is limited to this task and does not extend to any other part of the home.

All guests are required to fill out a renter's agreement, upload their ID to confirm the reservation, and pay a $500.00 refundable security deposit.

If you're flying in, Austin-Bergstrom International Airport is approximately 40–45 minutes away by car. Ride-sharing services like Uber and Lyft are available in the area for added convenience.
