This newly built neighborhood is modern and peaceful. It is just minutes away from Walter E Long park and lake and only 15 minutes from the heart of East Austin, making it perfect for nature lovers and city dwellers alike.

We include a reasonable starter amount of toilet paper, paper towels, and other consumables like shampoo, conditioner, body wash, dish detergent, and laundry detergent. Beyond the starter package, our guests are expected to manage their refills.

To keep everything secure and smooth, we might ask for a government-issued ID, a confirmation of your contact details, a matching credit card, and possibly a quick background check.

By booking, you agree to our rental terms, provide the necessary documents before check-in, and understand that check-in details will be sent after we complete the verification.

For your stay, we'll place a temporary hold on your credit card as a security deposit. This hold is just a pre-authorization and will be released automatically within 2 days after check-out, as long as everything goes smoothly.

Pets allowed on a case-by-case basis. Well-behaved cats and dogs with a non-refundable deposit ($150 per pet per stay). Please keep animals off furniture and pick up after your dog in the backyard. Poop bags are provided.
