This charming goose-neck tiny home is in Acony Bell Tiny Home Village. We are close to Brevard, Hendersonville, Asheville and Pisgah National Forest where there is no shortage of hiking & biking trails, waterfalls, breweries and local family-owned shops.
A well behaved dog is welcome with $50 pet fee ( 2 dogs max).
This is a 340 square foot tiny house built at Acony Bell Tiny Home Village . We are located 15 minutes from Pisgah National Forest and 25 minutes from Asheville.
This beautiful tiny home has an open layout that certainly does not feel "tiny". Walking in you will see a full kitchen with a standard refrigerator, standard-size oven, microwave, coffee maker and room for sitting in the living area with a bar and 2 stools. Above this is a sleeping loft, accessed by a ladder, that has a queen mattress. The other sleeping area is accessed by steps and has a queen mattress and full sized dresser. This a pet friendly home with a pet fee.
Guest are encouraged to enjoy the creek as well as the communal fire pit. Wood is provided.

Mills River is located conveniently between Brevard and Asheville. We are located 25 minutes from downtown Asheville and 15 minutes to Brevard. Enjoy all the outdoor activities that this area has to offer from Mountain biking to hiking near waterfalls at Dupont State Forest and Pisgah National Forest. You can then enjoy the many breweries and restaurants in this area. Sierra Nevada Brewery and Oscar Blues are just 12 minutes away!

Tiny Home Rules and Regulations
● GARBAGE: Please place your garbage and recycling in the dumpsters to the left of the gate.
● FIRE PITS: The fire pit will be continually stocked with wood. We want you to enjoy them. Please do not use them during quiet hours
● QUIET HOURS: Quiet hours are from 10PM until 7AM on weekdays and 11PM – 8 AM on weekends. All outdoor house lights need to be turned off as well. We are a dark sky community.
● SPEED LIMIT: The speed limit in the community is 9 MPH. Please be aware of pedestrians, pets and bikers in the roadway.
● PARKING: Please park in the two-car designated space next to the home. Do not park on grass or other landscaping. No campers or RVs. Travel trailers are considered a vehicle.
● Please enjoy walking on the main roads on the property while respecting our residents' privacy. The garden and chicken are cared for by residents, eggs and vegetables are not for guests.
● NO SMOKING inside the house
No frying fish or food that leaves a strong odor. Many homes don’t have an exhaust fan.
● PET POLICY: We expect all guests with dogs to adhere to the pet rules.
Please notify us that you are bringing a dog and pay the additional pet fee at check-out.
Limit 2 dogs per tiny home.
Dogs must be on leash at all times.
Dogs are not allowed on beds or sofas.
Guests must clean up after their pets on the property and dispose of all pet waste.
If any pet rules are broken or a pet is brought without notice, guests will be asked to leave with no refund.
Main guest who made the reservation must be 21 or older. They are responsible for the actions of all guests in the tiny home. Cleanliness of the Village is important to us. Sites are to be kept clean and orderly, as determined by management. Management reserves the right to evict or refuse entry to any person or group who has evidenced a disregard for the rules without a refund. Residents and guests agree to use the community at their own risk. The management and owners are not responsible for damage, injury or loss to persons, pets or property. We reserve the right to make changes to the rules, regulations and fees that we deem necessary.
