Acony Bell Tiny Home Village is a gated community with long term residents in a separate area from our tiny home rentals. There is a communal fire pit with complimentary wood and lighter. The Boylston creek runs through our property.
Guest are encouraged to enjoy the creek as well as the communal fire pit. Wood is provided.
We are a dark sky community and request outdoor lights be off by 10PM.
Please do NOT walk through the long-term resident area marked with signs.
Please let us know if dogs are coming. max of 2 dogs.

● Please do not walk in the long-term resident sections of Acony Bell. There are white signs posted that say Residents and Service Providers Only. Please do not go pass these signs. There are 16 Airbnb tiny homes that are in two rental areas of Acony Bell Tiny Home Village. Please stay within the rental areas and do not disturb our residents' areas. We expect our guests to be respectful of our residents' space and not walk or video their space. Please do not walk in the residents area, do not take video or pictures of their homes. Both residents’ area is in the back of the village on either side of Bolyston Creek.
● PET POLICY: We expect all guests to adhere to the pet rules. Well-behaved pets are welcome with a nonrefundable pet. $50/ 1dog, $75/2 dogs. Limit 2 dogs per tiny home and dog weighing no more than 70lbs. Please provide a description(breed) of your dog. Dogs must be on leash at all times. Guests must clean up after their pets on the property and dispose of all pet waste. Pets are not allowed on the bed or furniture. Dogs are not allowed in lofts, on comforters or blankets. Do not use any linens or blankets as a dog bed. Consistent or frequent barking will result in you not being able to leave the pet alone. If any pet rules are broken or a pet is brought without notice, guests will be asked to leave with no refund.
● GARBAGE: Please place your garbage and recycling in the dumpsters in the wood enclosure next to the gate entry.
● FIRE PITS: The fire pits will be continually stocked with wood. We want you to enjoy them. Please do not use them during quiet hours and please make sure the fire is out before leaving them unattended. There are buckets by the fire pits for this purpose and hoses at the end of each road.
● QUIET HOURS: Quiet hours are from 10PM until 7AM on weekdays and 11PM – 8 AM on weekends. All outdoor lights need to be turned off as well. We are a dark sky community.
● SPEED LIMIT: The speed limit in the community is 9 MPH. Please be aware of pedestrians, pets and bikers in the roadway.
● PARKING: Please park in the two-car designated space next to the home. Do not park on grass or other landscaping. ● No tents, campers or trailers allowed. Allowed items are outdoor tables, 10x10 shade/rain canopy tents, eno hammocks in trees
● NO SMOKING inside the house. Outside smoking is allowed but do not leave butts or put out cigarettes on deck, chairs or anything that does not belong to you.
● Please do not flush feminine products in the toilet or large amounts of toilet paper. Tiny homes have tiny pipes.
● No Drone video allowed on property
● AIRBNB Guest must be age 21 or older. They are responsible for the actions of all guests in the tiny home.
