Micromanagement
Due to VRBO giving a character limit I will keep it brief. We asked if the big gate was available for us to pull into so we can unload, host said yes but u need a code. We tried the codes given to us and it did not work so when I texted the host letting them know, instead of READING my message to give a proper response to assist us. They send the copy and paste check-in instructions. Since I knew he didn’t comprehend my question I attempted to call, went straight to voicemail so I assumed it was a fake phone number. I sent him my phone number asking if he can call me because I needed assistance, took10mins to call me and when he did he had an attitude. He stated “If you read the directions it explains how you can get inside.” I explain the code did not work for the big gate, unfortunately I can’t go into detail due to the limit because I have a lot to say about this listing but long story short couldn't use the gate.Next, firebowls is first two hours free anything after is 50/1hr which is fine. The second we turn them on we receive a text, “GAS ALERT, cannot use firebowls too windy ty” We cut them off and ask how to turn on the hot tub, sadly they have a remote that they keep inside so you cannot use the hot tub when you desire. You have to text requesting for it to be turned on, don't like that either. He was upset that I forgot to text him to turn the spa off but I'm hosting and forgot.he bugged me the entire time about fire bowls, and the spa. Wish I could say more, sorry
