Newly Remodeled Bear Lake Lodge
This cabin has it all! Ski vacation with the fam? Carve up Beaver Mtn! Only a 15 min drive. Summer boating trip? Make a splash at Bear Lake! This peaceful getaway with million-dollar views will effortlessly complete your trip to Utah. Featuring 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, stunning wood ceilings, and private hot tub on the deck; this modern mountain/lake cabin invites you to have fun and relax. Top off your days with a bite to eat at Firehouse Pizza, 3 min down the road. Your dream vacation awaits!
4 bedrooms. Three bedrooms have queen beds and a twin size bed. The fourth bedroom has a bunk bed with a twin on top and a full size bed on the bottom. The fourth bedroom also has an additional twin size bed.
I will message you an access code for the front door on your arrival date.
I live 2 hours from the property. I will almost always be available by text/phone/email. I prefer texting. There may be times I could be at or around the property as I am often there for management duties associated with the property.
Best location in Garden City! Located at the very highest street in Harbor Pointe, directly across from the Bear Lake marina. This unique location provides panoramic views of the lake. It is a very quiet and peaceful neighborhood where you often see deer and other wildlife frolicking in the yards and between the homes. Within minutes to the lake, the grocery store, restaurants, shops, and all the amenities of Garden City.
There is parking available for the home, but we do share a large driveway with the cabin adjacent. Parking for this cabin can accommodate at least 4 vehicles. Might be a little tight to park a boat or trailer on the property as the driveway leading up to the cabin has a semi-steep incline. Neighborhood roads and driveway are plowed during winter months, however, 4wd vehicles strongly recommend during the winter, as the plowing schedule may be unreliable.
You are required to provide an email so the host can email you a PDF of a more detailed copy of the house rules.
These are some main points to consider:
1. Before checking out, please remove all bed sheets (fitted sheet and top sheet) as well as pillowcases from all the beds that your party has used during your stay. Please do not remove plastic barrier sheets from the beds. Please leave comforters and decorative bedspreads stacked on the beds.
2. Please put a load of white towels in the washer and start the washer on the “Speed Wash” using warm water.
3. Do not leave any dirty dishes. Please load all dishes into the dishwasher and use the soap provided to start the dishwasher.
4. - Please remove all trash and perishable foods, close windows, lock doors, turn off lights and electronic appliances.
5. There are very specific rules regarding use of hot tub. Please refer to the PDF the host will email you before checking in. Failure to follow these rules will result in an extra $200 charge.
6. Please clean off Traeger Grill or Blackstone griddle after use.
