✦ Quiet Hours: Please observe quiet hours from 10 PM to 8 AM to respect our neighbors.
✦ Check-In and Check-Out: Check-in is at 3 PM and check-out is at 11 AM. Please adhere to these times unless previously arranged.
✦ Maximum Occupancy: The maximum number of guests is limited to the number specified in your reservation. No additional guests are allowed without prior approval.
✦ Cleanliness: Please treat our home with respect. Clean up after yourself and leave the home in the same condition as you found it.
✦ Garbage: Dispose of all trash in the designated bins and follow local recycling guidelines.
✦ Amenities: Use the provided amenities responsibly. Report any damages or issues immediately.
✦ Parking: Use the designated parking areas. Do not park on the street unless specified.
✦ Safety: Ensure all doors and windows are locked when you leave the house.
✦ Respect: Please respect our home and neighbors. Any complaints of excessive noise or disturbances could result in termination of your stay.
Only guests aged 30 and above are permitted to book and stay at this property.

-You will not have access to the home’s mailbox, and we do not permit any direct mail deliveries to the property. For Amazon orders or other deliveries, please use the nearest pickup location.

Lost Remote Policy: $100 fine for any lost or unreturned remotes. Please keep them in their place.

Pets are welcome at our property, but they are not allowed on the beds. If pet hair is found on the beds, there will be a $150 fine per bed where hair is detected.
