Villa Giardino degli Ulivi offers a generous 250 square meters of interior space, featuring 4 bedrooms and 3 well-appointed bathrooms, one of which is ensuite. On the ground floor, there is a very spacious open space with 2 lounge areas and the dining area, all being harmoniously connected to the outside patio through 2 large sliding windows. Upstairs, guests find the bedrooms as well as a classy living room with a chill area, equipped with a fancy work desk and high-definition monitors, perfect for blending business with pleasure.
Guests will benefit from 3-4 private parking slots. Nearest restaurant is 300 meters away, supermarkets 2 kilometres, city center 2.7 kilometres, and the beach 3 kilometres.
