C40 is a 3rd floor condo that has direct access to the sandy shores of Sugar Beach. It accommodates up to 6 people with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It is adorned with beach decor and relaxing beach colors. It has an equipped kitchen to make sure you have the essentials to stay in to dine if you wish. There is a private beach entrance and a refreshing pool onsite.
Sugar Beach complex it at the intersection of Joan and Thomas, making it a great spot for walking to many attractions and restaurants. If you are flying into PCB, Sugar Beach is a great destination that doesn’t require a vehicle to enjoy local food and activities nearby.

As you step onto the ocean view balcony of our condo, the gentle sea breeze welcomes you to a world of relaxation and adventure. A community pond is home to many turtles and other little creatures to enjoy. Fall Break Vacation
Our stay in PCB was awesome. We had to schedule at the last minute due to being evacuated from Daytona Beach due to Hurricane Milton. We were able to secure a place quickly and even though it was last minute we were able to get our parking pass and all of the bracelets for our stay. The condo was clean and a short walk from the beach. It really made a bad situation good and we had a great time
