Handsome Retro House by Beach, Shops, & Disneyland - 3 Bedrooms With Parking
Welcome to your fun, retro-inspired 3-bedroom house. Inspired by nostalgia of past decades. We combined classic charm with modern comfort to create the prefect retreat for families or groups of friends.
Enjoy a short 6 min drive to the beach, or a quick walk to hip eateries and vintage shops on Retro Row. Downtown, Disneyland, CSULB, Queen Mary & Long Beach Civic Center are also just a short ride away.
Common Area:
This private craftsman home is all one level, with a full kitchen, spacious living room, and large dining room. Kitchen includes tons of amenities such as coffee bar, garbage disposal, blender, air-fryer, baking & cookware, microwave, and stainless steel fridge with filtered water & ice maker.
Bedrooms & Sleeping Space:
The space sleeps 7 people with 3 full bedrooms and a futon sleeper sofa in the living room.
Bedroom 1: includes a King bed.
Bedroom 2: includes a Queen bed.
Bedroom 3: includes a Queen bed.
Living Room: Futon
WFH (work from home) Areas:
Three desks are included, one in the main room and two additional in the bedrooms.
Outdoor Space:
Enjoy a side patio with outdoor seating as well as a fire pit and grill.
There is also a large fenced in front yard.
*Please note that there is a back house on the property with a long-term tenant. Her mailbox is located in the front yard and she occasionally walks past the side patio to get her mail.
Parking:
There is free street parking in front as well as on both side streets of the unit.
There is also private parking for 3 cars via the back alleyway that you are free to use (see parking instructions & rules).

AC & Fans: All bedrooms & living room have standalone AC units. All bedrooms have ceiling fans.
Desks & WFH set-up: There are 3 full desks in the unit. Two are in private bedrooms areas and one is in the living room.
Wi-fi: High-speed Wifi that allows 8+ people with multiple devices each to surf the web.
Fire pit: located on private side patio.
Grill: located on private side patio.
Kids & Family: Pack N' Play, outlet Covers, kids dinnerware, & high chair can be included upon request.
Laundry: In unit washer & dryer as well as a steamer for wrinkles.
Record Player & Guitar: Enjoy a real, working record player with dozens of real records to choose from. Guitar shown is also a working guitar and you are welcome to jam with it.
Beach Essentials: Beach chairs & towels are provided for beach trips.
TV: 45" TV with multiple streaming services available.
Coffee Bar: Keurig coffee maker with free regular and decaf pods to get you started. Tea, creamer and sugar are all provided. A Mr. Coffee drip coffee maker and pour-over french press are also available.
Glam: large, full-length mirror, cotton makeup removers, hangers and hair dryer are all provided.
