The Bryant Denny Stadium is a quick five minute walk and you can see the stadium from the front door! It doesn’t get any BETTER than that!!!!
This cute 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom condo is just 1 block from the stadium and walking distance to campus and Downtown Tuscaloosa. Just open the front door and experience the bustling city scape of Tuscaloosa, and a view of Bryant Denny Stadium!
If you are looking for a convenient, clean, and cozy spot to stay, this is it! When you walk into the condo, you step foot into the kitchen/living room area. This is NOT a pet friendly unit. The kitchen is fully equipped to whip up a meal or tailgate snacks! There is a full size washing machine and dryer in the condo.
There is one private bedroom with a queen sized bed and bathroom with tub/shower combination. There is a queen pull out sofa in the living room.
Upon arrival, you will have access to 1 parking spot which is located right in front of the condo. This condo is a bottom floor unit so you will not be climbing any stairs during your stay.
We are here to make your stay a wonderful one. We know we’ve done our job well when you ask about coming back to stay with us again. We love having repeat guests, because it feels like family or close friends coming home for a visit. Please don’t hesitate to ask questions!

I am from West Alabama and I have grown up in this area my entire life. From a young age, I grew up going to Alabama football games and tailgating on Saturdays at the QUAD. I have the best memories of Alabama football and all of the vibes you get on game day!
Why they chose this property
The unit has several great qualities. Walking out the front door and seeing the stadium has got be my favorite. With the stadium being one block away and on the corner of Tutwiler Hall you are still in the midst of the campus and walking distance to everything downtown.
What makes this property unique
Game day has never been more simple. Only being one block from the stadium cuts out the burden of having to park miles away from the stadium and having to carry everything over for game day festivities. Now game day is easier than ever. You are just a short walk to the stadium and quad for tailgating. It also gives the opportunity to explore the strip and downtown Tuscaloosa for shopping, restaurants, and other fun activities.
