This is a beautiful cozy place, well equipped and in a great location close to everything fun!, yet away from the noise when it’s time to retrieve and rest in a nice peaceful neighborhood. Absolutely beautiful home in a great location in OCMD! Owner was fantastic, it was very clean and well equipped with coffee and everything you could think of to cook with. Wifi worked, TV worked, yard was great for our dogs. Absolutely would recommend and will look forward to booking again!

Beautiful home, close to the beach

Very nice place. Less than 10 minutes from the beach. Close to all amenities. Garage is not available for use but there are 2 parking spots out front. Communication with owner was great. Would stay here again if we come back to OCMD in the future.

Nice place!

In town for dance nationals/family vacation. There were 7 of us and the house was perfect for our needs. Very close to attractions/beach but far enough away that it isn’t too “busy”. The house itself is lovely and while we did have a small issue, the host was responsive immediately and went above and beyond to make things right. Would book again!

We were in OC for a music festival on the beach. We booked thus place and it was perfect. A cheap uber rude to the beach/boardwalk. Property was super clean, check in was a breeze

Lovely house!

We had a lovely time, the house was super clean and had everything we needed. We could tell people live there and it is not just stocked to be rented out. Communication about check-in/check-out and some unexpected home maintenance visits was smooth and timely. Location is great too, close to anything you would need including supermarket, CVS, short drive to boardwalk, and plenty of karting and mini golf options. Would def try to stay again!

This is a nice house in a neighborhood near but not in Ocean City. If you're looking for easy beach access you'll be disappointed but if you want to be near the beach (driving distance) but in a much quieter setting this location is great. The house was perfect for our impromptu family gathering and had a great outdoor space for our dog. I grew up going to this neighborhood for vacations so I know what to expect. A lot of the houses have been redone but there are a few that are still rough. The owners have done a nice job with this property.

The house had some ups and downs. The house just became a new listing. The main issue was with the cleaning of the house. We had some issues, notified the home owner. They replied that this was a new cleaning company and would look into it. very concerned

West OC Gem

Classy, clean, 3 bedroom shore house with high ceilings, in a quiet and quaint OC neighborhood. 6 minute drive from the beach and boardwalk, 2 minute drive from shops, restaurants, bars, liquor stores and very close to Walmart. Property is as listed with many extras such as games for kids, full spice rack, tons of pots, pans, cutlery, kitchen equipment. Back porch with propane fire pit was a fav for my family. It’s rare that a property comes with full comforter, sheets, and pillows and plenty of towels, wash rags, and such. Body wash, shampoo, and conditioner was provided and was high caliber. Only issues were very small: not enough garbage bags for the week, grass wasn’t mowed when we arrived (but was mowed by day 3), and we asked for a later check out time bc of the size and ages of our kids, but never heard back. Those issues though, are blips. Someone should not be afraid to rent this place out.We would totally book again.

I’m Ben, and I’ve been coming to Ocean City for years—this place has always been a reset button for me.

I built this home to be more than just a rental. I wanted a space where people could actually enjoy being there—whether that’s a full beach day, a late night around the fire pit, or just hanging out inside when the weather turns.

I’m big on the details. The things that usually get overlooked—linens, towels, stocked essentials—I made sure those are handled so you can just show up and settle in.

The Salt Lounge is probably my favorite part of the house. It started as a garage and turned into a space where people naturally end up—games, drinks, conversation, whatever the night turns into.

Whether you’re here with family, friends, or just getting away for a few days, I want it to feel easy, comfortable, and worth coming back to.

Why they chose this property

Ocean City has this perfect balance—busy when you want it, quiet when you don’t.

You’re close enough to the boardwalk to jump into the energy—food, rides, bars, people watching—but far enough out to come back to your own space and actually relax. That’s the sweet spot.

Mornings are underrated here. Coffee outside, a little breeze, and that calm before everything wakes up. Then you’ve got the option to hit the beach, cruise around on the bikes, or just hang back and enjoy the house.

Evenings are where it really hits. Sun going down, fire pit on, music low, people hanging out. It slows down in the best way.

And if you’re here off-season? That’s a hidden gem. Fewer crowds, cooler air, and the whole place feels more local—like you’ve got Ocean City to yourself.
