The enclosed deck has a queen sized futon that can easily sleep 2 more guests. Another bedroom can be found downstairs with a queen size bed and a twin bed. The downstairs living area has two more twin size beds and a queen size futon, as well as a couch. The living area has a TV and CD/DVD player and a collection of movies to enjoy for all ages. There is also a second refrigerator/ freezer in the basement area. The house can sleep 14-15 people.
