It is very centrally located allowing you to easily get to the beach or downtown St. Pete in under 10 mins, or Tampa and Clearwater in under 30 mins. Also has tons of places for exercise, entertainment, sporting events, concerts, Shopping, dining or health care options within a couple miles of the house. You are also a short walk to the Sun Runner pickup/drop off locations that all easy transportation to St. Pete Beach or Downtown St. Pete. The neighborhood is safe and quiet with many residents walking their dogs all day. And there are many local parks in the area for kids or pets to get some exercise and fresh air.
