This recently renovated two-story modern home with 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms is located in Pine Village North. Easy access to the highway to head to any part of Houston within 20-30 minutes.
With 4 TVs, this home provides a comfortable stay for both small and large groups on vacation, personal getaways, or business trips. Unwind and make the most of the front patio for a peaceful stay, whether you prefer relaxation or being near Houston's vibrant scene.
The self-check-in house with high-speed internet includes spacious 3 bedrooms (all with TVs), 2.5 bathroom, living room with TV, dining room, kitchen, and outdoor patio space.
The townhome includes bedsheets, towels, pillows, iron/board, hangers, hair dryers, dishwasher, washer, and dryer. Guests will have access to the patio with table and chairs.
Guests are required to manually unlock and lock the garage door. Please ensure this task is completed. The lock handle for the garage door is on the lower right side.
Free parking is also available on the street.
The kitchen is equipped to allow you to cook comfortably at home. The kitchen comes with an electric stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, Keurig machine (with K-cups), teapot (with tea bags), toaster, blender, pots/pans, kitchen utensils/tools and spices.
