Groovy bright condo 2 bed / 2 bath South Kihei
Enjoy our home away from home! Bright Groovy Beach Condo offers you a naturally lit and engaging space to relax with two bedrooms each with their own en suite bathrooms (4th bed is the pull out sofa bed in the living room). Enjoy your morning coffee on the lanai and listen to the birds. Haleakala Shores is located 300 meters from world famous Kamaole Beach III. You are also located within a casual stroll (or snorkel or paddle board) north to Kamaole Beach II, I and finally Charley Young Beach.
The space
Bright condo with 2 bedrooms each with their own ensuite. Main bedroom has a king bed, second bedroom as a twin bed and a queen bed. 4th bed is the sofa bed in the family room. We have a playpen & high chair for our tiniest guests. Our condo is ideal for a family vacation and big enough to have two couples have their own space. The space is single level (no stairs within the unit). The abode has a casual aesthetic which will appeal to folks looking to relax and unwind. The unit has 1 air conditioning unit (located in the middle of the unit) for the day and lots of windows to open to allow for the sea breeze to cool the unit during the evening. There are also tower fans for each bedroom. Free Wi-Fi (500 Mbps), 1 parking space, full kitchen, washer and dryer and all you will need to relax at the beach (chairs, cooler, boogie boards, umbrellas). Our unit is slowly improving so some of the furniture in this listing have been updated and both bathrooms have been blasted into the twenty first century. We have changed some art work and linens. The kitchen retains its 1974 charm which we’re sure will come back into fashion any day now 😉.
Our HOA rules indicate that six (6) is the maximum number of guests in the unit. This includes infants.
The unit is non smoking. This includes the lanai.
Due to the nature of condo living, at times during the year our neighbours may be making improvements to their units. This can cause renovation noise between the hours of 8am-5pm Monday - Saturday.
Guest access
If you intend to stay in Kihei and enjoy all of the outdoor activities such as snorkeling, paddle boarding, kayaking, sand castle building, body surfing and turtle watching, everything you really need is within walking distance. There is bus service along South Kihei Road which will take you to a grocery store and Starbucks and great food truck with the best poke bowls and fish tacos! If you have rented a car, you will receive a parking pass for your car at the front desk at Haleakala Shores.
