New neighborhood perched on a hill overlooking Laughlin. Close to shopping, dining and grocery stores. Only 10 minutes to Laughlin. The home is well equipped with pots, pans, utensils, etc to make delicious meals at home. Or, BBQ on the patio with great desert views! There are 3 bedrooms, each with a walk-in closet including hangers, a laundry hamper and extra linens and towels. Enjoy a day on the beach with beach chairs, an umbrella and beach towels available for use. Starter kit with amenities and cleaning supplies provided. Water softener and reverse osmosis installed. Be one of the first guests to enjoy this beautiful new home!

I feel so blessed to now own a home where I have so many special memories with grandparents, siblings, aunts, uncles and cousins.
