The lake is for private access only, unless you have family that have lake access or if you drive to the public side which is about a 29 mile drive from the property. However if you have family or friends that have Kiva access you are less then a minute from Kiva. Verona 18 is a beautiful pro golf course located 5 minutes away from the property, with an amazing restaurant

Main level you will find the living room, the kitchen, 2 bedrooms, and 1 full bathroom. Outside the living room door you will see a large full deck with covered dining area, BBQ, and lounge chairs. Downstairs you will find the 3rd bedroom and 2nd bathroom. You will also see a large deck with comfy chairs and an optional hammock. From the decks you will have Lake Tulloch mountain range views! Whether you are looking for a weekend getaway or a home away from home for a few weeks his is the perfect affordable property!.

Though this property doesn't have boat/ jet ski parking onsite, the Lake Tulloch boat launch is about 29 miles from the property. This homes HOA rules do not allow our guests to have access to the HOA Lake Tulloch boat launch and swimming area without a member accompany. Which mean unless you have someone with you that is a member you will not be allowed lake access unless you drive the 29 miles around the lake to the public area.

This neighbor hood is peaceful and quiet with lots of wildlife.

Driveway parking is on a slope (Please be careful, especially at night).
