Why they chose this property
Adams Bluff is a wonderful, family-friendly neighborhood, with tree-lined streets and houses modeled after the original mill houses of the area, once known for its cotton mills. We love that you can walk in one direction to Downtown Belmont, or the opposite way to river/lake access. Plus within easy reach of Wilkinson Blvd and I-85, you can get to the airport in less than 10 minutes, or Uptown Charlotte in under 20 minutes.
What makes this property unique
Recently updated, our house is unique in that it has the traditional charm of a mill house with modern amenities. We love the fact that each bedroom has its own bathroom and walk-in closet, and that the kitchen and living areas are open and airy, allowing for easy socializing.
