Identification: All guests must send their passport copy, email ID prior to check in to host & present their original passport or Emirates ID at the time of check-in.
Check-In Procedure:
Self Check-In: Depending on your assigned apartment, you will receive either a door code or details for a key lock box for self check-in.
Smart Lock: You will receive a unique door code.
Key Lock Box: You will receive instructions to access the lock box.
Standard Check-In: In cases where there is no smart lock, a representative will hand over the keys, access cards for building access, and parking permits at the time of check-in.
Assistance: Whenever possible, a representative will be available to assist you with the check-in process and answer any questions you may have.
Inventory Check:
Inventory Checklist: Upon check-in, you will receive or be sent an inventory checklist. Please review and sign this checklist on the same day of your arrival.
General Information:
Emergency Contact: For urgent issues, please contact 0544324047 or the building concierge/security.
House Rules: House rules are contained in the tenancy contract. Guests are expected to keep the apartment clean and treat it responsibly at all times.
