Come enjoy a relaxing stay at the beach. This end unit town home has an open common area behind and along wide the home. You can enjoy quiet privacy.
We have play toys for the kids and a foozball table in the garage for that down time.


WIFI and Roku Guest are provided. You will be able to log into any of your personal streaming services. Roku Guest automatically logs you out on your check out date. There are 2 TVs-a 55" in the living room and at 32" in the master bedroom.
Foosball table located in the garage for entertainment. Community offers great amenities with multiple pools, free beach shuttle, clubhouse with pool tables, well equipped gym. Walking trails with lakes nearby.
Bedroom layout: Master - queen bed, 2nd bedroom has full /queen, 3rd bedroom has 2 twin beds and a pull out twin trundle. There is a fold out twin bed in the master closet. The master closet could double as a small nursery. If you need a porta-crib- please advise us in advance of your arrival.
Important NOTE:
Sheets and bath towels/beach towels are NOT provided for health and safety reasons. Guests will need to bring these items. Host will provide hand towels, kitchen towels, pillows and blankets/bed quilts. Please contact us for any questions or concerns. All bedding is thoroughly disinfected between guests.

Please contact us if you're interested in off season long term rental. . We do offer special discount rates, and may require a rental agreement to be signed for stays longer than 30 days.
By booking this reservation, you agree to the following policies, terms and conditions:
- Must sign rental agreement upon booking and within 48 hours if your stay is greater than 14 days
-Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
-1-2 dogs are welcome but must be smaller than 40 lbs. A Pet fee will be charged. Dogs must be leashed at all times and owners must clean up waste. Pets are not allowed at pools or clubhouse/gym area. Pets can only be walked in common areas and not other owner yards. (this property has a large common area right behind and next to the unit). NO pets on furniture or beds
-2 vehicles parking in the driveway is allowed. One additional vehicle will have to be approved in advance and may incur an additional parking fee. HOA requires renters provide license plate numbers in advance of arrival.
-The property shall not be used by more than the number of adults and children noted in your reservation and must comply with local occupancy guidelines of no more than 8 adults and children 6 and older.
-No smoking of any kind on the property and no illegal activity of any kind. This includes use of the property's internet service and extends to any criminal activity resulting but not limited to unlawful downloads of copyrighted materials, including movies, music, software or other material.
-Renter is liable for any damage to the property and agrees to accept charges should damage occur during occupancy.
-Renter must provide an emergency contact number.
-Due to local laws, regulations or HOA rules, guests will be required to agree to community rules and sign a lease addendum. Renter agrees to sign, in a timely manner, any documents required and provide all requested information.
-Information required may include, but not be limited to: number of guests age 6 and over and under age 6.
-Any damage incurred should be reported immediately to host via text message.
-Pool are open during summer season 9am to 9pm (times are subject to change) and are swim at your own risk. There is a local community pool as well as a larger pool and kids fun area at the main clubhouse. Wristbands for guests 6 and older will be required for the pool and beach shuttle. Guests will be responsible for lost wrist band fees.
-Guests agree to put trash out on Monday and return trash cans to the garage by 7pm same day.
-The property will be cleaned and disinfected between guests. The property is provided As Is and any damage noted upon arrival should be immediately reported to owner. We are not responsible for inoperability or unavailability of any amenities. HOA requires the license plate number for all vehicles during stay.

HOA rules document will be provided via electronic signature link. You agree to abide by all rules. This document can be provided in advance if requested. These rules cover the community amenities. Please ask for a copy of you have questions
