My Fiancé and me also live inside the house; we have no kids, no pets. the whole house is 3200 sqft. total 4 bedrooms. very spacious, stunning and quiet!
ONE or TWO bedrooms to choose from for you, each one has cozy queen bed, one bathroom, bathtub, you have whole access to kitchen, fitness room, TV, Wi-Fi, and laundry, computer room, backyard, all amenities.
max 2 people in each bedroom.
we also have additional folding queen mattress if needed.
FREE parking. 15mins to the Strip.

It is a highly affluent Neiborhood, for many years, people have drawn to the quiet country charms of southern highlands, it is the perfect retreat for busy city folk looking for a getaway- stunning view, good food, southern style.
What makes this property unique
Before purchasing this house, Comparing with Summerlin, we have wanted a more spacious and quieter place. eventually we chose Southern Highland. The best decision ever!
Our house is only 15 mins away from the strip, close to 15 highways. It has a Casita. also, an outstanding staircase, the unique layout, surrounded with beautiful mountains! everything is very unique!
