The apartment includes a boat slip, though please note that there is no boat trailer parking available on-site. We're situated in the Holiday Harbor Marina, right next to the Sunset Grille restaurant, making it easy to enjoy a meal out.

One of my favorite local spots is the Sunset Grille, just a few steps away from the house. It’s the perfect place to grab a bite and enjoy the best view of the sunset over the Intercoastal Waterway.
