This beautifully renovated carriage house is located on the historic Bybee Estate property, just 1 mile outside of downtown Jacksonville, the gateway to Applegate Wine Country. It is just a stones throw from Rellik Winery. Soak in the serene mountain views, rolling vineyards, and picturesque farmlands from the private back patio. You will have private access of the entire house.
We are close by if you need anything but will give you your space and privacy.

This spacious home is perfect for a traveling family or friends. The master bedroom has a queen size bed and private bathroom with large clawfoot tub and walk in shower. The guest room has a queen murphy bed and pull out twin sofa bed with a private walk in shower & bathroom. The most impressive feature of the home is the private backyard. Beautiful greenery surrounding a koi pond, gazebo with plenty of seating and a water feature. There is plenty of space to cook, gather and enjoy the rural beauty that surrounds this historic landmark property.
Car Recommended, but we are close enough to town for Uber & Lyft.
1 small dog allowed for a $25 fee. Some exceptions can apply. Please inquire.
