Wristbands are required to access the numerous community amenities. You must pre-register all guests and vehicles with the community at least 3 days prior to your stay and check-in at the community office to receive your wristbands upon arrival. The cost is $5 per vehicle.

The main-floor bedroom is ideal for guests who prefer single-level living, offering a plush king-size bed that promises restful nights sleep. The nearby main bathroom provides both privacy and accessibility.

Upstairs, a second living room doubles as a hangout space, perfect for family movie nights or game sessions. Sink into the oversized bean bags while watching your favorite shows on the 42" Smart TV, or choose from a selection of classic board games for a fun-filled evening. Large windows allow natural light to flood the space, adding to the inviting and cozy atmosphere.

The two upstairs bedrooms offer peaceful retreats after a day of adventure, each equipped with a queen-size bed, Smart TV, and ample storage. One of these rooms also features a work desk, making it easy to stay connected if needed.

Indoor Fireplace:
Our indoor fireplace is the perfect spot to warm up. Enjoy the crackling fire and inviting glow while you relax with loved ones, sip hot cocoa, or unwind after a day of adventure. We provide firewood for our guests convenience.

Outdoor Areas:
Step outside and immerse yourself in the natural beauty that surrounds you. The spacious deck is perfect for morning coffee or evening cocktails, with direct access from the kitchen making outdoor dining a breeze. Enjoy a family barbecue with our charcoal grill, surrounded by the stunning colors of fall.

Outdoor Fire Pit:
As the day winds down, gather around the firepit for cozy evenings under the stars. With Adirondack chairs and additional seating provided, there’s room for everyone to join in the fun, and we’ve got the firewood ready for you.

Policies:
No Fireworks
No smoking inside the home
No events, parties, or large gatherings
Primary renter must be 26 or older; no groups of young adults under 26 yrs. old

Pets:
There is a $150 flat fee for dogs, a maximum of 2 dogs. No other pets are allowed. Must provide age and breeds as you book, must be fully house-trained, and we do not allow puppies. It must not be left unattended inside. All outdoor droppings picked up. Copies of vaccinations (rabies and distemper) must be provided for each animal or they will not be permitted.

Your safety and the well-being of our home are of utmost importance. We have exterior security cameras for added security.
