Welcome To Surfside Shores 1402!! Located directly on Gulf Shores Beach, this perfect lil spot is ready to host your family vacation! You can park the car & forget it! Walk to Gulf Place Beach, where the famous Shrimp Festival and Hangout Festivals are held, Pink Pony, shopping at the Surf Stores, and more. Everything is so close! Surfside Shores is a low density building which means no long waits on elevators or large crowds. Amenities include Gulf Front communal Swimming Pool, Hot Tub, Large Grilling area with a grassy area for fun and games, and direct and private beach access.

This quaint 2 bedroom 2 bath condo provides comfort up to 6 persons. The Primary Bedroom hosts a Queen Bed, Smart TV, Gulf Front Balcony Access, and an attached full bath. The Guest Room holds another queen bed with a private full bathroom and a Smart TV. The living area has a sleeper sofa for extra sleeping along with another Smart TV and Gulf Facing Balcony Access. The kitchen is fully stocked and an in unit stackable washer and dryer is provided for your convenience! Come check out the view from the balcony with your morning coffee to watch the waves crash on the beach and try to spot the dolphins swimming by, it will NOT disappoint!

*Beach Chairs & Umbrellas: Sometimes guests leave behind chairs and toys they have purchased. If they are clean and in good condition, we will leave them for the next guests. Or, these items are fairly inexpensive and can be purchased at most local stores. Also, there are vendors that set up very nice beach chairs and umbrellas for daily or weekly rent (seasonally). Just find an empty one or the attendant.

*All Bed Linens and Bath Towels are provided. A full list of what is provided and suggestions to bring will be emailed to you upon booking.
