Parking: We offer parking in our private garage for $30 per day per car. Confirm with us post-booking if you're interested.

Shuttle Service: Shuttle rides to the Path Train are available every 20-30 minutes during peak hours (Monday to Friday, 6-9 am, 5-8:30 pm).

Key Fob: You'll receive a key fob for accessing property amenities, including the gym and package room. Ensure the key fob is left in the apartment before departure to avoid a $100 replacement fee.

Check-In/Check-Out: Check-in is after 3 pm, and check-out is by 11 am. Early check-in and late check-out are available for a $100 fee each. Please inquire if interested.

Extra Air Mattress: Confirm with us prior to booking if you need an extra air mattress, and we'll try to accommodate (subject to availability).

No Smoking/Drugs: This property is entirely smoke-free. Any evidence of smoking or drug use incurs a $1,000 fee, cancellation of your reservation, and no refund.

No Parties: Parties are not allowed on the premises. A $2,000 fee will be charged if a party takes place, your reservation will be cancelled, and no refund will be issued.
