About this property
**Trinity Apartment - Elegance and Style in the heart of Burgas**
Awesome brand new one bedroom flat in the very heart of Burgas. Consisting of bedroom, open plan kitchen-living room, bathroom, storage room. Secured building in the city center close to high street retailers, restaurants & bars and the Sea Garden.
The Space:
The Building – “Candidate for the building of the year in Bulgaria for 2014”
The building is of mixed-purpose and is situated at 2 Knyaz Boris Str, Burgas, city centre. The building shapes up the outlining contour of the central Burgas square. The building is located in the downtown, at a corner, facing two streets and Troykata Square. In line with the urban environment around, the architecture is dynamic, falling into the context of the central square space – as place to meet and get to know people. In close proximity are the buildings of the Burgas Court, Municipality of Burgas and other state and municipal administrations.
The shape of the building is contemporary with multiple broken surfaces composing horizontal and vertical segmentation of the facade. The solution for the façade is utilizing modern elements from the yacht design, hinting at the profound tie of the city with the sea. The architect has purposefully sought to highlight the contrast between the protruding snow-white strips and the concave windows panels.
The architect has attempted to integrate modern architecture in the silhouette of the surrounding buildings by choosing on purpose horizontal segmentation, typical for the urban architectural design.
The following installations have been completed: Electricity switchboards and power-supply lines, lighting installation and sockets, emergency lighting at the staircase floor levels and corridors, video intercom system, internet, cable TV installation, lighting rod with preceding action, fire alarm for garages with fire alarm system with integrated driver to the telephone of the local firefighter station and automatic sound signalization, security system for all units in the building, installation for distant taking of the readings of impulse water-meters and fire-alarm installation. Firefighter water supply installation has also been made. The building is air-conditioned with thermo-pump multi-split systems.
Neighborhood Overview:
For most visitors, the port city of Burgas, is no more than a transit point for the more obviously appealing resorts and historic towns further up and down the coast. However, if you do decide to stop over, you'll find a lively, well-kept city with a neat, pedestrianised centre, a long, uncrowded beach and some interesting museums. A clutch of reasonably priced hotels, as well as some decent restaurants, makes it a practical base for exploring the southern coast, too.
Almost everything of interest in Burgas is within the compact city centre. The train station and the main bus station are both located just south of the main pedestrian thoroughfare, ul Aleksandrovska, which runs northwards, via pl Troikata, to bul San Stefano. A few blocks up from the stations, another pedestrian street, bul Aleko Bogoridi, heads eastwards towards Maritime Park.
As I already mentioned above - Burgs City Center is the premier location in the entire city. It is home to all major shopping retailers, financial institutions, cafes, restaurants, professional services and, of course, the famous sea garden and beaches. The apartment is at the heart of all that with no public transportation needed to get to most places.
My favourite places to visit:
Theatre - Drama Theater "Adriana Budevska"
Museum - The Natural History Museum
Opera - Burgas Opera and State Philharmonic Orchestra
Getting Around:
If you decide that you would like to visit other sites of the city or go to the local shopping malls, taxis would be a viable option and they are only a few steps from the apartment. Other options including walking or taking a the local bus.
Other Things to Note:
There is no parking space in the building. Please do not hesitate to contact me if you are visiting with a car - will be able to provide guidance on cheap and save places to park your car for the entire stay.
House Rules:
Please be considerate to your apartment, your neighbours and other residents of the building. At checkout, try to leave the space in the same condition as you found it.
Interaction with Guests:
Help can be offered immediately should any issues arising during your vacation in Burgas.
