The accommodation
The apartment has one bedroom with a queen-size bed, a Smart TV, ceiling fan, air conditioning, a large closet, a safe, and a full bathroom with a rain shower.

The kitchen is equipped with an electric stove, microwave, good-sized refrigerator/freezer, toaster, blender, and coffee maker, and has all the basics for cooking and eating such as glasses, plates, cups, pans and pots, kitchen utensils, etc.

There is a dining table for 4 people, the living room has a sofa bed ideal for one more guest to sleep comfortably, a second Smart TV, ceiling fan, air conditioning, a second full bathroom, and access to a balcony with outdoor chairs.
Guest access
All guests have access to the pool area, jacuzzi and gym on the #1 floor of the building.

We also invite you to visit “Maré by Bay Property & Rentals” located on the terrace of LIFE Bucerias. An ideal space to work with high-speed internet, and enjoy a jacuzzi with ocean views accompanied by delicious food and refreshing premium drinks.
Other highlights
*There is a cleaning service included for every seven nights of stay. If your stay is less than seven nights and you would like cleaning service, it can be scheduled for an additional cost.

*This apartment does NOT have a parking space but one can be rented for $150 pesos per night upon arrival (subject to availability)

*Beach chairs and umbrellas are available for loan to our guests at the Bay Property & Rentals office.
