About this property

Downtown 5 BDRM Charming Historic Home

Welcome to our cheerful 5-bedroom home located in the historic Cooper Park neighborhood in the heart of Bozeman. Our home is unique in that it can exit as one large house or it can convert into a two-unit home--divided by the up and downstairs with private entrances but connected with an interior staircase--making it perfect for a large group of friends or multiple families. Each floor includes bedrooms (two upstairs, three downstairs), a bathroom, a full kitchen and a full living room. You won't find anything else like it in downtown Bozeman!

Our charming, historic house (built in 1932!) is located in the beautiful neighborhood of Cooper Park. The property is located just one block from Bozeman's Main Street where the city's best restaurants and shops can be found. There are delicious breakfast, lunch and coffee spots within a 2-minute walk. Bridger Bowl ski area, Hyalite Canyon, the Madison River and many other outdoor recreation destinations are just a short drive away. Cared for by a superhost with more than 15 years hosting experience, you are sure to have the best stay possible!

Disclosure *PLEASE READ*: If you are staying on the lower floor, you might hear your upstairs guests walking around on the floor above you. It's an old house, and the walls and floors are not soundproof. We provide sleep sound machines in each bedroom so that you can get a good night's rest.

***Dogs are welcome. We require a nonrefundable pet fee that will be charged at the time of booking.

The house is professionally cleaned before and after each stay by staff who have been vaccinated for COVID-19.

Our home is an older home with stairs. It is unfortunately not equipped to facilitate those with special needs or wheelchairs.
