Excellent rental

The condo was very clean, very well provisioned for cooking, and with many thoughtful accommodations (i.e. lots of towels, extra sheets, fans). I would very much recommend the condo for a short- term rental.

The place was filthy dirty. When we tried to clean we found the vacuum did not have any suction as it was plugged. The dishwasher bottom rack was broken and required fixing for use. No working light bulb in living room lamp. TV hooked up incorrectly requiring fixing. Hair and crumbs in cutlery drawer .Only one clicker/fob that worked for elevator access.Disgusting !

Absolutely as advertised

While the property was a little small for an apartment, it was amazing compared to a hotel. The price was good, the location was amazing, and I loved that it had a fridge, oven, and laundry. There were a lot of notes and instructions to keep in mind, but most of it was common sense, so it shouldn't be too difficult to follow the rules if you're respectful. Would definitely book again.

Is was nice. Wished view was better. Lol In picture looked bigger but served it purpose while working out there. Back at end of Sept for 2 nights and would think of staying again.

Some concerns

Property okay but needs work and attention. Communications with someone who can address concerns, answer questions in a timely mannner - check in was crazy, elevator down meant timing for access was delayed, had to make 3 attempts, held up other residents, ++to woman on intercom call who stayed with us to get us in. No one on site available, friendly residents/guests - cjran except for carpet, vacuum beans not working - make up pads dried out so useless - only 3 mugs so constantly washing them - could have better information and maps of local merchants. Only found market on second last day there and it is by far the better grocery venue - tried to reach someone at office about late check out ; never heard back. And no information about places that would store luggage (Luggage Hero) Found them too late to make use of them - changed our flight so wouldn’t spend day dragging luggage.

What? No reservation! Where do we park?

When I requested check in instructions the day before check in, they replied “ I’m sorry but the dates you have requested are unavailable!!!” I had paid in full and had a booking #. I called, machine answered, messages full! Called again , left a message, no call back. Vrbo straightened it out for me . The property management company emailed me check in instructions, no apology. Parking instructions were poor. The rental accommodations were very good.

The property was fine. We were upgraded to a two bed/ two bath suite which was plenty of space for us. We had a lot of trouble with the beds, they were really uncomfortable. I think if they were replaced the suite would be fine.

Juliet suite

The people in the management company were very professional. The place itself was ok, was really hoping for the unit that was advertised in the picture - my decision to take the place was based entirely on it having the lovely balcony advertised the picture - I was looking forward to sitting out reading on the deck while the weather was still good, but sadly I didn't get the unit advertised to me. Had I known, I would have taken one of the less expensive options I had. Other than that central, clean and relatively quiet.

Perfect location

This is as central as you can get in Victoria. It's a very new building within walking distance of just abut everything in the downtown area. It's nice to venture out without having to use a car. The size of the apartment is somewhat small and good for one person or a couple but definitely not more than that. It comes with a full kitchen and fridge if you want to make your own food and there's a small grocery store just down the street. Recommended!

Wonderful location

Apartment was clean and bright and the location was wonderful. Tastefully decorated. The roof top garden was an added bonus as we watched the Canada day fireworks from there. While it does sleep 3, my sister found the hide-a-bed very uncomfortable, so the apartment is really only ideal for a couple. My husband and I would definitely stay here again.
