About this property

Shelley Ave Regatta cottage

Our near lake home is located in the stunning waterside town of Port Dalhousie. You can see the lake from our front yard and walk to the viewing bench for a peaceful sunrise coffee. You get to stay in our cozy 2 bedroom home which has high speed internet, peaceful backyard with a little patio and bbq. Our property is a short walk to the Lake, Lakeside Park Beach, downtown Port Dalhousie and of course a short drive to the wineries and Niagara Falls.
HOUSE RULES:

We don't have any rules that should surprise you. Some of the below are city enforced bylaws that are out of our control. As of this year, the city has imposed strict regulations on all "Short term rentals". Failure to comply will result in the hosts/property owners receiving hefty fines, loss of demerit points, and ultimately losing their short-term rental license. We take these bylaws, and additional house rules very seriously. We hope you understand.

1. No parties/events to be held on the property. (no exceptions, sorry)
2. No more than 6 adults are permitted on the property, without prior consent.
3. No excessive noise/music, especially outside after 9pm. (City bylaw)
4. No smoking indoors, please.
5. No more than 2 cars are permitted in the driveway. (City bylaw)
6. No street parking is permitted. (Strictly enforced bylaw)
7. We allow SMALL DOGS ONLY and a maximum of 2. There is a $50 dollar charge per stay.
8. For all bookings if cancellation is required, the processing fee will not be refunded.

*A "Cottage guest Registration" link will be sent the booking is confirmed and must be filled in and sent back to confirm the booking.

Again, thank you for your understanding. We truly look forward to hosting you.

New year get away

Just like photos, tastefully decorated / nice mix of renovations make it a very comfortable stay. Quiet location with mix of historic and new homes. Very close to beautiful lake views and central to shops/ attractions, comfortable walking distance. Well worth a visit, very easy drive from Toronto - close to all the Niagara regional attractions that our family enjoy without needing to rush a day trip!
