OCEANFRONT Beautiful and Recently Renovated One Bedroom One Bathroom Condo, queen size sleep sofa, accommodates up to 2 persons. Along with the spectacular location, beach weather, and gorgeous sunrises, this oceanfront retreat Includes a convenient first floor walk-out to a private deck, which is attached to the Bethany Beach Boardwalk. Everything is within a short walking distance to all the amenities that Bethany Beach has to offer -- fun and relaxation in the sun and sand, entertainment at the town center, restaurants, bars, shopping, grocery, farmers market, parks, mini golf, playgrounds, basketball courts, etc. There are also nearby tennis courts, and the Bear Trap Dunes Golf Club. The condo has two units for central air conditioning/heating designed for year-round use, and a well equipped kitchen with white appliances and granite counter tops. There is one TV, cable, and private wireless internet. The condo also includes a shared guest washer/dryer. FREE Parking in our Private lot.

Amazing location!

My husband and I enjoyed three beautiful days at Bethany Beach in this sweet condo, which is oceanfront… Great communication with the owner/manager and really enjoyed our time at the beach. Easy walk to the main drag at Bethany. Two people max I think in this condo. Loved it!!!

As advertised! Cozy, comfortable and easy

The condo was clean and nicely decorated, It felt amazingly spacious for only 400 square feet! The kitchen was well stocked with supplies, the porch and easy access to the boardwalk was a delight. Diane was responsive on more than one occasion, as I asked questions. We would definitely stay there again, and hope to do so.

The place is in a great location, and a perfect size for one, two in the bed would be tight but manageable, perfect for newlyweds, this is my second time staying here, and when I visit again I want to stay here again

Perfect Location!

Can’t get any better than this! Literally walk out the door directly to the boardwalk! Very nicely decorated & clean! Our only issue was the double bed was not big enough for two of us & using the pull-out sofa as a queen size bed did not leave enough room to bathroom access so one of us had to sleep on the sofa which was saggy & uncomfortable. But we stayed only 3 nights so we got through it! We would definitely come back if the sofa was replaced. Host was awesome!

Too small and too expensive for what you get.

My husband said it more expensive than staying at a hotel. The sofa opened up as a bed was a joke and the bedroom didn’t even have a closet.

The PERFECT Bethany Vacation Spot!

I loved everything about this place, including the wonderful host! The condo is adorable, squeaky clean, and right on the boardwalk. It has everything you could possibly need, plus gorgeous sunrise views every morning. Check in is easy - no driving to another location to wait in line to get a key - you get a keyless entry code and you are in. There is plenty of parking if you have guests too - up to 3 cars per space. There is laundry out back too. Dianne, the host, is just the perfect host. She is warm, friendly, and answered every question I had both before and during my stay. I will definitely be staying here again!

Lovely Condo Living

The condo was neat, clean, and beautifully decorated in soft soothing colors. It was perfect for a relaxing, vacation retreat from the hustle and bustle of life. The proximity to town made it easy to walk to shops and to bike just about everywhere. Delightful!

Rehab Reward

The perfect spot to take my mother as a reward for completing therapy post a pelvis break. The walks on the boardwalk and beach made for excellent strength building. The condo was darling and perfect for a mother-daughter getaway!

Location, economy, and comfort

My friend and I were very happy with this place and with Dianne We enjoyed the proximity on the boardwalk, beach and it is just a 5 minute walk to downtown Bethany beach where we had plenty of good options options to eat, drink and shop during the storm. Also, while other neighborhoods were flooding, this place and the parking lot stayed dry. Oh yes, and there was plenty of parking. The only weakness was the fact that we had to supply all our own sheets, towels and paper products. (Tp and paper towels and plastic bags). We were well informed about this in advance tho. Maybe this is a common VRBO thing but it added some extra work to the visit. Also, the ad could provide some more details about how to get to the place but Diane answered her phone immediately and spent a long time with us until we found it. All in all the strengths outweigh these minor weaknesses and this place was a delight. I would go there again.

Amazing Property!

The condo was in the perfect location, with very easy access to the beach and downtown Bethany. Having parking included was great and there is ample space for 3 sedan-sized cars (potentially 2 SUVs and a compact car, if necessary). We can't wait to return next year!

Location, location, location

The location to the beach is just perfect although the fact that you can no longer see the ocean from the deck unless you stand on a stool should keep the rates the same. The apartment is perfect for one person and I had a wonderful time visiting with family and friends that had rented four other apartments in the building. We (girls group) have been staying here for so many years that we know some of the people that rent the other units for the same time period. Of course we all know and love Dean whom is the year round resident. It is like a home away from home.

I'm a single female, with a love of the beach, animals, my home, my 300ZX, and my boyfriend. Currently living and working in Frederick, MD, I am the owner of a small consulting firm. I'm easygoing and friendly, respectful, hospitable, business minded, communicative, and pride myself on the condition and appearance of the properties I own.

Why they chose this property

I bought this property because of its oceanfront location, town proximity, and safe and serene area. As a young adult, we always met at First Street and Oceanside, just in front of this small condo building. I have a 1972 Polaroid picture of my friends and I with the small Bethany Breakers condo building in the background. Harvey, god rest his soul, used to chase us out of the outside shower. It's a beautiful location, renovated with love, and my renters affectionately refer to it as, "a little piece of paradise." It was simply meant to be.

What makes this property unique

The building was recently renovated with all new Hardieplank siding and Trex Transcend decking -- My coveted last coup as the President of the HOA. It's referred to by locals as the "Taj Mahal of Bethany Beach." This condo is on the first floor level, with sliding glass doors that step out onto the deck. The outside picnic table makes for the perfect hard shell crab feast! The deck is attached by a short walkway directly to the Bethany Beach Boardwalk. The views of the sunrise are spectacular. There's nothing better than the sound of the crashing waves, and the cool summer breezes off the water. A great place to relax and enjoy.
