Welcome to the Haven at Serenity Cove, a tranquil, nature-centric retreat committed to nourishing your worn-out soul! Our mission is to provide a sanctuary where you can find peace, rejuvenation, and healing. We invite you to rest.

Every detail is thoughtfully designed to help you unplug & unwind! Located in a secluded meadow, our 350sq ft tiny house was built with several huge windows, including a 12-ft sliding glass door, for oneness with nature. Whether inside or outside, you can always experience the peace of the meadow.

Enjoy a leisurely drive down a long gravel road through rolling farms, adding to the seclusion and beauty of your experience.

Inside the home, all your cooking needs are covered with a full kitchen, including a 2-burner electric stovetop, an oven that also functions as a microwave, a small refrigerator, and large sink--a rarity in a tiny house! Enjoy breakfast while relishing the meadow views from the kitchen island or the outdoor bar. If you want to branch out, you can even grab farm fresh eggs and meat from the farms on our road, or the nearby Mennonite community!

Lounge in our luxurious 2-person swivel chair with a view, or relax with a book in the hanging swing chair. In the bedroom, your California King bed encompasses the whole room for an epic cozy experience--in front of an enormous glass window, perfect for stargazing.

Climb up the sliding ladder to the tiny loft, where wonder and creativity await. Cozy up in the reading nook by the little round window, with a book from our small collection. Open up the hobby chest and choose from an array of hobby supplies to try, to unwind and explore your creative side.

Step through the 12-ft sliding glass door out to the patio area, which combined has more square footage than the entire tiny house! Relax in our high-end hot tub and outdoor shower, or unwind in the swing chair or patio lounger. Roast marshmallows and tell campfire stories at the smokeless fire pit. A large pass-through window between the kitchen and patio allows for a seamless outdoor dining experience in nature.

Nearby, countless adventures await! Explore Fall Creek Falls State Park--Tennessee's largest state park with the tallest waterfall this side of the Mississippi! Located 5 miles (a 15-20 minute drive on the gravel road) from the park entrance, you can hike, kayak, swim, golf, fish and more! The views will take your breath away! You can even enjoy a sumptuous dinner at the lodge by the lake.

The popular Brockdell Mennonite Community (15mins away) offers 25+ shops, with garden produce, fresh baked goods, jams & jellies, handmade quilts, woodworking, and so much more!

Beyond the park, you'll find horseback riding, hang gliding, charming small towns with cute shops and restaurants--and if you're up for just over an hour drive, boundless adventures await in acclaimed Chattanooga! We are also located two hours from both Nashville and Knoxville.

To enhance your relaxation, schedule an on-site massage with one of our partners, or nourish your body with fresh-pressed juices from a local delivery company. These, along with our other add-on options, are available through our partners for a fee.

Whether you need a break from your busy life, or you're looking for a romantic couples' getaway, you can find it here at the Haven. You deserve to rest and feel like your best self again! We can't wait to welcome you here.

You have full access to our beautiful 4-acre meadow, and the entire tiny house and outdoor space except for a small storage closet in the back--everything else is all yours to enjoy!

LOCATION:
The tiny house is very remote and close to nature! Your nearest restaurants, Walmart, etc. are 30-35 minutes away. This stay is NOT for you if you're looking for a great location near the city--but this IS for you if you want a private retreat in nature!

NUMBER OF GUESTS:
Our space is perfectly designed for a couples retreat or an individual. While we are not especially suited for kids or more than 2 people, we do offer one bedroom with a California king bed, and we also have a queen-sized floor mattress in the loft perfect for kids or adaptable adults. This can be set up upon advance request. Maximum 4 people total.

OUTDOOR SHOWER:
The outdoor shower is seasonal, and due to plumbing requirements, is not available in months when the temperature falls below freezing point.

FIREWOOD:
Firewood is provided!

NO CLOSET:
We do not have a closet in the tiny house, but we do have a small hanging rod to hang up your clothes in the bedroom.

NO TV:
We do not have a TV, adding to your "unplugged" experience!

WILDLIFE:
Surrounded by nature, our meadow is a haven for local wildlife! Keep an eye out for deer, birds, rabbits, raccoons, and more during your stay. With such close proximity to nature, you may also encounter insects or even snakes, as we share space with their natural habitat. While we have monthly pest control to minimize insects and rodents (and have yet to see a snake on the property!), sightings of woodland creatures are always possible.

FAST WIFI:
However, our internet is high-speed fiber optic!

CELL SERVICE:
Cell service is limited at the property; however, we do have fast wifi if you need to stay connected!

GRAVEL ROAD:
All roads are paved on your way to the property, until the road that the tiny house is located on, which is a gravel road. While you might not want to bring a car that sits very low to the ground like a sports car, for most cars it is perfectly driveable! Be prepared for a few bumps and some dust, but nothing too out of the ordinary for a gravel road.

WATER:
Our well water is filtered for your use, before it reaches the house! We drink it straight from the faucet, or you can also run it through our filter pitcher for additional filtration if you choose.

COFFEE:
Our coffee-making equipment includes a grinder, electric kettle, pour over maker, French press, and regular drip machine, along with locally-roasted coffee beans!

EXTERIOR SECURITY CAMERA:
We utilize a Ring doorbell security camera on the outside of the home.
