This home is conveniently located within 5 minutes west of the 101 near the Arrowhead Shopping District Close to State Farm Stadium, SpringTraining sites, Mariners & Padres, Royals & Rangers, Dodgers & White Sox. Barrett Jackson Auction (1//18/2025 -1/26/2025) and the PHX Open (2/3/25-2/9/25) and various other activities close by.
Newer Appliances and granite countertops anchor the eat-in kitchen. The washer and dryer are conveniently located inside the home.
