Escape to this stunning loft apartment nestled on 12 acres just a few miles from downtown Eureka Springs! Enjoy privacy and seclusion while having all the modern amenities. This estate has a natural spring with a large granite cave for all to explore.
The spacious 950 square foot loft apartment is beautifully decorated and well appointed with everything you could need for a relaxing and comfortable stay. Full high-end kitchen, deck with fire pit & views galore of the forest that surrounds the property.
We are excited to share our beautiful estate with you! When booking our place you will get the entire loft apartment above the garage all to yourselves. This completely remodeled apartment has all the bells & whistles!
Perhaps you will want to cook a nice meal in our full kitchen, or relax to a movie on the large screen TV. Then enjoy a great night's sleep on our luxury mattress and sheets after a fun-filed day of exploration. Our modern bathroom has a large walk-in shower and is appointed with towels, soaps, shampoo / conditioner and hair dryer.
Step out onto your private balcony adorned with comfy seating and a fire pit to enjoy those gorgeous evenings. Or make yourself a cup of Nespresso coffee and watch the sun rise!
If the kids are looking for some fun at the property they can run around the 12 acres and explore the natural spring and the large granite cave. And if you're looking to spread out you also have access to the fire pit down on the property.
The Local trolly stop is less than a mile from the property.

Stephanie and Dean met in Kansas city to start three franchise businesses together. They liked each other so much that they decided to get married.
They moved to Arkansas from Dallas in 2023 as they were amazed by the natural beauty and wonders of North West Arkansas.
They both have many hobbies and love the great outdoors, boating, hiking and travel

The beautiful clear air, the Loblolly pines, the quiet natural setting of our acreage will make you understand why this area is our favorite place. There is so much to do and see here, and the town is quaint and fun and full of many great shops.

What makes this property unique
Our home is located very close to the city of Eureka Springs, but they are very close to the Kings river access to the east, and Beaver lake to the west.
Beaver lake is known to be the clearest most pristine lake of the Ozark system watershed, which feeds from the white river and Table rock lake.
To the north is the Missouri state park Roaring River where the rainbow trout are hatched and let into the Ozark white river system. Fly fishermen from all over the US come to this park to fly fish catching their limit. Roaring river is only a short drive north about 30 mins in Eagle Rock Missouri.
Bentonville has the Crystal Bridges museum to the southwest.
To the north east about 40 miles is the bustling town of Branson Missouri, home of many entertaining venues , Silver Dollar City and the beautiful Big Cedar lodge.
Also only 20 mins from our home is Lampe Missouri home of Dogwood Canyon, a gorgeous preserved nature park that has been open to the public thanks to the founder of Bass Pro shops, Johnny Morris.
Very close to Eureka is the city park Lake Leatherwood with over 50 miles of hiking and biking trails.
