Why they chose this property
Living in Ballito (as much as it has expanded) still have the holiday feel to it. With its lovely beaches, a few hours drive to world renown game lodges and game reserves and the Drakensberg Mountains its a great location.
What makes this property unique
Our beautiful townhouse has the additional benefits of been located in the Simbithi Eco Estate where you have access to all the estate amenities, this includes the community centres (6 of them) which includes pools, jungle gyms, mini golf, pizzeria and braai/bbq facilities.
