Light-filled and airy, this beautifully furnished home spans 1,970 sq ft on one level, with tiled floors throughout. PARADISE PALMS will make you feel right at home with its open-concept great room, luxurious fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, and a large breakfast bar. The dining area is perfect for group meals or game nights, and sliding doors lead directly to the inviting pool area. Unwind on the comfortable couch and enjoy a movie on the large flat-screen TV.

The primary suite offers a private, luxurious retreat with a king-size bed, sliding doors to the patio, a walk-in closet, and an en-suite bathroom featuring a soaking tub and dual vanities. Bedroom 2 is accessible from the hallway off the kitchen and dining area and also features a king-size bed, wall-mounted TV, sliding doors with views of the pool, and a closet. The adjacent bathroom serves both Bedroom 2 and Bedroom 3 and doubles as a pool bath, with a shower, dual vanities, and a toilet.

Bedroom 3 is similarly appointed with a king-size bed, TV, and closet.

The expansive screened-in pool area is perfect for enjoying the Florida sunshine. The pool, which can be electrically heated, invites refreshing swims, while two large patio areas provide plenty of space for outdoor dining and lounging. A large dining table comfortably seats 6, and 6 luxurious loungers with thick mattresses are provided, along with a BBQ grill for preparing fresh catches. At night, savor the Florida lifestyle as you watch the beautifully lit landscaping and waterways.

A screen door from the pool area leads to the new boat dock, complete with a wrap-around dock, boat lift, and access to the Gulf of Mexico. Bring your own boat or rent one to explore the beautiful waterways.

• Grill cleaning fee (if used): $50.
• 2 propane bottles, one under grill, one exchange.
• Upon arrival, the bottle under the grill is at least a quarter full or more. If you utilize the additional bottle, please ensure to replace it with a full one before the conclusion of your stay. It's important that the bottle under the grill remains at least a quarter full. In the event that property management is required to handle this task, a charge of $45 per bottle will be applied.
