We are hosts from the United States, specifically the state of New Jersey. We remodeled this wonderful home in Puerto Rico which is one of our favorite places. We love having our family and friends to make special memories and love making it a great place for our guests to share and have great experiences.
Why they chose this property
The home is about 2.7 km from PR 3 where you will have quick and easy access to shopping and dining. Just north of PR 3 are beautiful local beaches, resort properties and championship golf courses.
San Juan is only approximately 25 minutes from Hacienda de Claire. Old San Juan is about a 35 minute drive. Fajardo is about 30 miles to the east. Take a boat or ferry to some of Puerto Rico's beautiful islands like Culebra, Vieques or Icacos!
Less than 15 minutes away in nearby Canovanas there are several big box stores like Walmart and Home Depot.
Rio Grande has several options for grocery stores like Ralph's and Famcoop just a few minutes away.

What makes this property unique
The property is just over 1 acre in size with amazing mountain views from two terrace balconies. Each terrace has its own bar top area to relax with coffee or drinks and take in the beauty. There is outdoor seating for the first and second floor balconies and back deck.
On our land you will see natural coconuts, mango, banana and more. In the neighborhood you will likely encounter horses, cows, roosters and more (the kids love it).
Within walking distance there is a community center where you can play basketball under a covered roof. Several board and card games are provided for our guests in addition to can-jam and cornhole for entertaining!
