White Oak Manor
Fans of historic homes will love this beautifully restored grande dame offered as a vacation rental in downtown Waynesville. White Oak Manor, built in 1913, is aptly named for the stately white oak that shades the side deck and lower patio. Located steps from Main Street, guests are able to easily walk to nearby shops and restaurants. Once settled into the home, grab a cool beverage, head to the front porch or deck and enjoy the company of family and friends. For dinner, the gourmet kitchen provides ample space for the chefs in your party to get cookin.' The dining room easily seats 8, with room for a few more for special dinners or holiday meals. In addition to three bedrooms, the downstairs study is outfitted with a queen-size Murphy bed. Enjoy the room for reading or board games during the day and transition the space at night into a bedroom for those who require 1st-floor accommodations. Ample parking, streaming TVs in the living room and main upstairs bedroom, a lower yard with a fire pit, and a welcome pet policy round out the amenities.
