Welcome to The Heartsong Lodge ~ the perfect hub for your family get togethers, spring break or summer vacations, and intimate events. This spacious 6 Bedroom Lodge offers a treehouse-like view from the Grand Living Room, Gourmet Kitchen, and outdoor patios and pool. It sleeps 15 comfortably, with room to expand into the Treehouses on the rest of Cypress Valley Ranch.

Minutes from Lake Travis, downtown Austin, Fredericksburg, vineyards, art galleries, 90 min from San Antonio, etc.

Large main room and gourmet kitchen make this home great for entertaining or just hanging out with the family. Small pool near house and larger pool 1/4 mile walk (on property) near lake and main office.

Whole house is yours. Shared 88-acres with treehouse guests, ranch managers, and registered day use guests. Please do not hike creek other than immediately below house to respect privacy of other guests.

Spicewood is home to Stonehouse and Spicewood vineyards, art galleries, Krause Springs swimming hole, Muleshoe Bend and Pace Bend parks (Lake Travis boating, jet skiing, swimming, sailing, and biking trails).

50 minutes from Austin airport, 1 hour 45 minutes from San Antonio airport. Rent a car and have access to Austin music scene, Fredericksburg, Lake Travis and all the Texas Hill Country at your fingertips.

** Please note that all bookings will also require: 1). A $1000 damage deposit, that will get refunded to you after your stay, if no damage occurs. 2). A separate lease agreement with the Ranch itself.

Greetings! Cypress Valley Ranch is a 108 acre ranch, eco-resort and perfect destination for your family get togethers, memorable vacations and special events.

Yoki, Lofthaven, Juniper, and Willow treehouses each sleep two guests, and The Nest sleeps four guests regularly, but can accommodate up to six. Our Ranch House is on the ground, but the main room feels like a treehouse looking into the creek ravine through the treetops and sleeps up to 15. Each glamping tent sleeps two and surrounds the shared amenities area—BBQ grills, pool, and games area, as well as our new Camp Store where everyone onsite can get complimentary expresso drinks or buy snacks, drinks, or items they wish they'd remembered

- No pets
- No smoking of any kind
- Events are allowed with an extra event fee, please inquire.
- No non-paying guests may sleep over.
