Enjoy a stay in the White Mountains at this Village of Loon townhouse with winter views of the ski slopes on Loon Mountain. On the entry level of this townhouse, you will find a bedroom with a set of bunk beds and a queen size bed. There is a full bathroom located just outside this bedroom’s door. Downstairs is a sitting area with flat-screen television and a queen size Murphy bed. Just off the sitting area is the primary bedroom suite with a king-size bed, flat-screen television, private bath, and wooded views from the small deck. The main living level is found above the entry-level. This level holds a full kitchen with a microwave, dishwasher, and stacked washer/dryer, a dining area with seating for five, and the living area with a wrap-around couch, flat-screen television, and wood-burning fireplace. The deck is accessed from a slider in the dining area and offers wooded views of Loon Mountain. The third bedroom holds a traditional set of bunk beds (twin over twin) as well as a pyramid set of bunks (twin over full) and offers a ½ bath outside the door.

Your stay includes membership in the Village Swim, Tennis, and Fitness Club with two indoor pools, two outdoor pools, four Jacuzzis (one outdoors), a sauna, an exercise room, and 12 tennis courts for your enjoyment.

Locally you will find plenty of seasonal and year-round activities to fill your time including shopping, golfing, mini-golfing, amusement parks (including a local waterpark), gondola/tram rides, natural attractions, alpine skiing and snowboarding, Nordic skiing, snowshoeing, hiking, mountain biking, river swimming, kayaking, bird watching and much more.

Loon mountain getaway

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: First off- Susan at the reservation service was wonderful. She answered questions and made recommendations. She was just so very nice and made the process easy.We rented Village of Loon, 19 Big Coolidge Rd #5. It was just my husband and I and our Golden Retriever so it was larger than we needed but we wanted space. We don't ski any longer but still enjoy long walks and relaxing in the area. The condo could use some attention. There were only 2 wine glasses and plastic ones at that, dishwasher was filled with clean dishes (we went out to eat so we only used wine glasses, coffee pot and coffee mugs but I shouldn't have to empty the dish washer), junky coffee mugs, nothing matched- all odds and ends. Bath mats were tired and paper thin and the bathrooms should have been cleaner. For what we paid ( not during ski season) I feel the condo should have been in better shape and nicer amenities like better blankets and pillows, maybe a nice throw for the couch for when sitting in front of the fire, things like that. We still had a wonder time, visited our favorite walks and restaurants and watched the snow come down but I would not rent this unit again but look for another in Village of Loon as we like that location.

I don’t think 2 spots for 10 people is enough. The unit is old and drafty. The owners left notes if you did this you would be charged, if you did this you would be charged. Very unwelcoming. The kitchen was well stocked. Overall more good than bad, but will probably find another unit to rent from.

It was very dark as well. The kitchen was not well equipped. There was no handle on the refrigerator, one of the bedroom door handles was about to fall off. Bathroom rugs were dingy. I was thankful that the towels were decent and sheets were clean (but had what I'm assuming was dog hair on them). It was a great location.

Great location!

Really enjoyed location across street from loon ski lift, just short car ride in between. Teens enjoyed the shared pools and hot tubs. Nice deck area off dining space. Bunk room was spacious for the teens and all their stuff. Kitchen small but action packed and had everything we needed.

Quick weekend family trip

My husband and I went away with our 3 Adult Children (23,24,26) and their partners along with our Lab. The place was well stocked with dishes, linens etc. the unit is on 3 floors, which was nice bc everyone had their privacy to sleep. With that said, I wish there was more seating or room in the family room/dining room for everyone. But we all made it work. We also wished that a map of the surrounding area along with the information about Loon Mountain were left in the condo for our use. The kids were going to go snow boarding but we didn’t know you need to reserve this well in advance. It was booked the days they wanted but they enjoyed themselves in the clean pool and really enjoyed the hot tub. Everyone was super nice and helpful. We had a great time together. Thank you for allowing us to use your home.

Good Trip

Reviewer Comments: Overall, a good experience, but not quite what I would describe as "great" The townhouse (as well as the entire complex) is somewhat dated and could us a little TLC. Clean-ish. Our dog had fun finding a few pieces of forgotten items from previous occupants from under the furniture. Deck is very small with it's claimed "view" totaly blocked by overgrown vegetation and trees.

Grom Squad family vacation

The shuttle to the mountain was a 10 second walk... very convenient. The condo was perfect for our needs homey and comfy Clean and tidy.... We only wish we could have stayed longer ..

The wood burning fireplace made it cozy after a long day on the slopes! As some other reviews mentioned, there is one neighbor on the street who immediately yells out their window if you have a third car parked for even 1 minute. This part does make for some initial frustration but thankfully, the neighbor does not bother you otherwise. The shuttle to the Mountain is super convenient! Overall, we had a good experience :). Would consider renting the unit again in the future as it had ample space.

Comfy and well equipped

Great vacation home

First, I cannot say enough about the great communication of Loon Reservation Services! We have stayed in many places, but the over communication of LRS is by far the best we have experienced. The property is in a great community that was very quiet and respectful of each other. A clean and organized townhouse that is well stocked with every amenity one could need. My family of four was more than comfortable and my dog enjoyed her stay as well. Would rent again!
