Welcome to our charming 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom villa, perfectly situated less than 10 minutes from the magical gates of Disney World! This beautiful retreat offers a private pool, ample space for relaxation, and is located next to some of Orlando's most exciting attractions, including Mystic Dunes Golf Course, Margaritaville Resort, an outdoor zip line park, and the bustling 192 corridor.

Our villa is located in a safe, family-friendly area with easy access to all major attractions and highways!

🏊‍♂️ Pool is screened in and comes with accessories, dinning area on the deck and BBQ grill/smoker. Pool is not heated nor does it have a heating system.

Guest access
Full use of the property for the exception of administrative storage/supply closets.
Other things to note
Property is strictly no smoking. If you choose to do so, only outdoors outside of the patio and please clean up after yourselves (cigarette buds).

Smoking/vaping indoors is explicitly prohibited and carries a $500 remediation fee as well as the cancellation of your reservation and is non refundable.

No Parties, events.

Dogs (up to 2 max) must be less than 25lbs each.
