WORST communication EVER, actually there was NEVER any communication, tried for 4 days before arrival and nothing, calling, emailing, texting NOTHING.!!! DO NOT STAY HERE

SCAM

It was the day we had to check in and I hadn’t heard from the host.. I had to contact VRBO the person supposably spoke with the host gave me a code and a phone # and when we arrived to the house it was empty no furniture like the pictures they show and there was no way to get inside.. all the lights were on and we could see through the window. Thankfully I was able to get a refund!

Run Dont Walk

Absolutely the worst experience ive ever had with online listings. My family of 5 came almost 4 hours away just for them to "claim" to have a water leak when we were 20min away. But when Vrbo contacted them they claimed the house was booked to someone else bc i was "late" checking in. We nooled for the entire weekends and i had spoken eith the owner prior to explain to him our time expectancy and the reason. We had to find a last minute place for myself, husband and children to stay within a fraction of the budget. To add insult to injury. I spoke with Vrbo about my refund and they callwd the owners on 3 way to verify the issue. Alex said there was no reason we couldnt get into the property and we just didnt show up. I spoke up and let him know Hannah called when we were almost there n said we couldnt stay... he claimed he would "ckeck it out" hung up and wouldnt answer fhe phone again. So unpess u wanna pay for a place u may never see. Onlt to pay again for a last minute place and hold your breathe for a refund. I definitely dont recommend this place AT ALL. They sgould be banned tbh.
