Beach front in Puerto Rico

The house was amazing in a central location to restaurants and local activities. A prime location for beach goers!!! The owner was very helpful to our needs, we'd definitely stay there again.

Nice place to stay!

Great beach, quiet community, good security and a very responsive host. We found good restaurants in the area and were close to the hiking in the El Yunque National Forest.

Great Weekend

Our second stay in this wonderful, place, thanks to Victor the owner for his hospitality. Great access to the beach, pool, and other amenities. Apartment It is clean and cozy and has a great overall location. Quiet and relaxing environment.

Beautiful place, peaceful, right next to a gorgeous beach and near nice attractions like "El Yunque" and near great restaurants like "Don Pepe". Will come back next year.

The condo was perfect. Clean, comfortable and short walk to beautiful beach.it really had everything we needed. Grounds, beach and pool were very well maintained. Perfect for couples or families. Wish we could have stayed longer.

A very quiet property near the beach in gated condo community. Nice location and accessible by car to a number of local restaurants and to the El Yunque entrance. Hosts left a nice welcome gift and were very communicative.

Clean and close to the beach!

My family of four had a wonderful stay. Luis had great communication beginning before the trip. The condo is in a quiet gated community away from the hustle and bustle. You have to drive to restaurants, but there are many choices within a few miles. It was clean when we arrived and reminded me of staying at my parents or grandparents home. The best part is that the beach is only steps away! I liked being on the ground floor it made coming and going so much easter.

Victor welcomed us upon arrival. A welcome wine, cheese and crackers basket, coffee and condiments, along with local information was very nice. Apartment was very clean with everything we needed and then some. The grounds are well taken care of. The beautiful natural sand beach and ocean are only foot steps away from the apartment. Short drives to decent restaurants and groceries. We would definitely recommend this as a great PR place to stay. The little roadside stand about a 1/2 mile from the apartment past Richies restaurant had the best chicken, pork kabobs (Pinchos ? ) and are highly recommended for a nice lunch. They sell out by 4pm most days.

PR getaway

Beautiful beachfront property. About a 1 minute walk to the sand. Very clean updated apartment had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Our host Victor was available by phone/text to answer any questions. Nice local restaurants, grocery and liquor stores just a short drive. The beach is reef protected so the waves are minimal and the water is very refreshing. Quiet and relaxing.

Everything was super. Apartment was very well equipped with all that is needed. Host was excellent. Was responsive & checked we had everything we needed without been disruptive to our vacation time. We had an excellent time & definitely will like to come back. Location of the appartment was superb.

A nice secluded stay for a family of 4

We stayed at the apartment for 4 days and it was pleasant and calm. We really enjoyed the stay and Victor was always available at a text. The kitchen area was bit old, we missed that from the photos, but we were able to cook some breakfast and lunch. That was not at all an issue as the property was just what we were expecting. After every day trip we were able to get some good time at beach

Lovely beach side retreat

My husband, 9 year old daughter and I stayed here for 5 nights. The condo is lovely, perfect for a family getaway, with a well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, tastefully decorated, with a lovely patio to sit on in the evenings. The condo is in a secure gated community and most of the others there appeared to be Puerto Rican families. But the best thing was the beach! A really nice swimmable and walkable beach steps from your door. The condo is also well located to the unique attractions of the area- El Yunque, Fajardo and kayaking in the bio luminescent bay, and the ferry to Culebra and Vieques. Finally the host was incredibly communicative and welcoming, even providing welcome snacks and wine. Really cannot say nicer things about this place.

Great beachside condo

Perfect place for families, a couple or two couples. Amazing communication and super thoughtful host. Wine, cheese, salami, chocolate, bottled water and local coffees waiting for us on arrival. So unexpected and thoughtful! I travel for a living and often stay in 5 star hotels and Victor's place rivals even the highest rated hotels. I highly recommend this fully furnished condo steps from the beach and pool.

Amazing location!

The location of the apartment could not be beat! With it being a ground floor apartment, once you walk outside to the patio and look to your left, you will see the palm trees and beautiful blue ocean! What's even better, is that it will take you about a minute to walk to the beach which was always pretty quiet, and stretched for a long way. We never felt the need to find another beach because this one was so perfect. For the apartment itself, everything was comfortable (beds, AC, cleanliness, etc) and absolutely met our expectations and needs. Communication with the host was easy and quick. Our family would recommend this apartment for your PR vacation and would stay again in the future.

Heaven on Earth!

The apartment was ready one hour before check-in. The host was very nice and notify ahead of time the incentive. The environment was very nice. The area is safe and secured. The beach was magnificent and in general the experience was very good. My family and I had a great time.

Best Vacation ever

Simply paradise on earth. Steps from the beach, easy access to apartment. Great neighbors. Owner is an amazing host. We were received with a basket containing wine, chocolates, portorrican coffee. The two royal ms have ac. Near all restaurants, bakery and supermarket. Gas station near by. The perfect stay.
