Incredible Serene Retreat

Driving into the neighborhood, you immediately feel the peacefulness of your surroundings. Stepping into the house is like stepping into your own serene retreat. The home is better in person than the photos. Well equipped kitchen, super comfortable beds, the view of the stars was amazing. We were traveling with a one year old and having a high chair and pack n play was helpful, however the house is not the best for toddlers. Can’t wait to stay here again!

Serene Sedona

The location of this house was ideal. Very close to town and you can walk (or bike) to a very well known trail head. The road can have a steady flow of side by sides going to the trail but they all seemed respectful to keeping noise and speed down. The house was exquisite with great attention to detail. There was only a few things we recommended to the property manager including a grill brush and a bike valve adapter to use the air pump; we left one there for future guests.

Great Property

We had an amazing stay at this property! The beautiful mountain views all around were breathtaking, and it was the perfect spot for stargazing at night. The location was ideal, offering an easy drive to everything we wanted to explore. The home was clean, comfortable, and very well-kept. We also appreciated how thoughtfully stocked everything was – it felt like they had thought of all the little details to make our stay enjoyable. The amenities were great, and we had no issues settling in and relaxing. The only hiccup we encountered (which is outside of the owner's control) was a visit from javelina pigs who raided the trash cans. Just a heads-up to future guests – it’s a good idea to keep trash cans in the garage or suggest a secure trash area to prevent these unwanted guests. Overall, we loved our stay and would definitely recommend this property for a relaxing getaway!

Comfortable Stay at Broken Arrow House

The Broken Arrow home was very comfortable and had all the amenities we needed for our six day stay. We especially loved all the outside areas and used them all! The fire pit areas were especially nice since the nights got cold. We had a group of six-three adult couples. The bedroom on the main floor is not for an adult couple, but, would work for children or a single adult. There are two double beds that fill the room. There is no space for luggage or anywhere to put clothing. Our daughter and her husband had to use one bed for their belongings and then they slept together in the other remaining double bed, which was cramped and uncomfortable for them. Also, when it is a comfortable temperature in that bedroom, it is cold in the master bedroom. If you turn up the heat to make it comfortable in the master, it is very warm in that bedroom. Very hard to regulate. My family loved using the hot tub all week, but, it was not properly taken care of. We had to add water ourselves midweek so that the jets would work, and, the water was very cloudy/dirty by day four. Even with that, we enjoyed our time at Broken Arrow House, and all the amenities ( thank you for the trail pass!) and would recommend it.

Perfect for trails

I came and flew my mtn bike out to ride. Stayed with family not riding, sharing a car. My mom could go shop with the car and I was able to ride to the Broken Arrow trailhead just 2 min away. Beautiful kitchen as pictured. Great porches and master. Hot tub was the big reason I picked this spot and it didn't disappoint. I stayed in the basement bedroom. Cute separate apartment. But I'd recommend an actual mattress pad and maybe a topper; hard mattress for a side sleeper. But it is a king, like the master. Other neg: cheap toilet paper, like wouldn't pass muster at a Buc-ee's. Could upgrade the soap/shampoo/conditioner in the bathrooms too, but I brought my own. But overall an awesome house, great spot to stay in that part of Sedona.
