Located in the highly desired Sand Key Beach section of Clearwater Beach. This Beautiful direct Gulf front 1 bedroom condo sleeps 4. It has views from every main room in the condo. Floor to ceiling "wall of glass" from your living room overlooking the beach. Wake up to the sounds of the waves crashing in and then hang out on the beach. Hop in the hot tub or take a swim in the heated pool while your steaks are cooking on the grill by the pool. Play some Tennis, pickleball or shoot some hoops with the kids before retiring to your private balcony to watch another beautiful sunset. Full kitchen to make a meal and no running to the laundry mat with the washer and dryer in the condo.

Listen to the waves as you watch TV on the 55" Ultra HD TV in the living room above the electric fireplace or watch TV in bed while looking out to the balcony. Both TV's are "smart" .

This is a high end complex with great amenities, 24 hour security, wonderful staff and friendly residents. Most rentals are repeat customers year after year.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: Rates are discounted in 2024 due to repairs to the building. Access to some balconies may be blocked during the inspections and repairs, possibly until late 2024. Noise may be heard inside units during weekdays until 4 pm. Before booking, please check with the owner on the progress of repairs.

To comply with city minimum stay rules, this condo requires a minimum of 14 consecutive night blocking of dates. We recommend purchasing Trip insurance of your choice in case of illness, emergency, weather etc.

Lighthouse Towers

Condo was as advertised. Paul was GREAT to work with. Neighbors were friendly and we were able to get a few games of tennis in. Hot tub was useful after. Beach is just steps away and Sand Key is nice and quiet. We didn’t really need to bring ANYTHING as the condo has it all.

Great view of the beach!

The accommodation was excellent. Everything necessary for a pleasant stay was available. The kitchen was very well equipped. Towels and beach towels were all provided. Also a beach trolley. The living room has a magnificent view of the beach. We liked it very much. We felt very comfortable for the four weeks.

Great condo!

We love the quietness of Sand Key and this condo was perfect. It is located across the street from shops and several waterfront restaurants. We enjoyed the view from every room. We even saw dolphins from the living room and balcony. The condo was well stocked and clean. Can't wait to vacation here again.

The view was amazing, and the location was perfect for us. It was close in proximity to downtown Clearwater, but you had a bit of beach privacy when you wanted. Everything that we needed to possibly bring to the beach was readily available.

Spring break getaway

This was the perfect place for our family to stay for spring break! I loved that my family could enjoy a beach view and have access to the every thing they needed while I commuted back and forth toTampa for business. The community and staff is very welcoming! Wanted to stay longer

This is the best location on Sand Key. As a one-bedroom place, it has a balcony that is just in front of the bedroom and so, the afternoons are very comfortable because there is shade all day long. I had to leave early because of a health issue, and I am so disappointed because I loved this place.

The condo was excellent, and what we expected. The property was directly on the beach, didn't need to cross the road to go to the beach. Beach was not crowded at all, and the sunsets were beautiful! Will stay again.

Best Vacation EVER

Easiest booking process and we are soooo glad we decided to fly instead of driving for 4 days. The condo was clean and well stocked with beach gear. We had so much fun and made lots of memories. The beach was perrrrrrfect. Quiet and just enough people to visit for a minute but have privacy for family time. Best place in the world in my opinion

The Destination Location

Great location for relaxation in the sun!

Lovely, comfortable condo located on a private beach. The beach is uncrowded, and a great place to take a daily walk, and then sit in the sun . The equally uncrowded pool is a great place to relax in the afternoon, and the ocean view balcony is great for watching the awesome sunset. Several nice restaurants and beach shops just across the street are an added benefit.

Winter vacation

This condo provides a beautiful view of the beach and the gulf. We saw many beautiful sunsets and enjoyed our daily beach walks. There were plenty of restaurants in the area that had outdoor seating. We were able to use the beach chairs and many other amenities were provided that we didn’t use. We found it very easy to communicate with Paul any time we had a question. We enjoyed the pool and spa area very much since it was in the sun all day and the water temperatures were warm. We met some very nice people in the building and found everyone being compliant with the rules due to the coronavirus. The second elevator was out of service twice while we were there so we got in many steps taking the stairs to 8th floor.

ISOLATED IN A BEAUTIFUL PLACE

The condo was great! We had everything we needed and more. We had to stay in and cooked due to the virus. Not a hardship the view of the gulf was beautiful and enjoyed the pool. Would recommend this condo to friends and family!

I am married with 2 kids, 19 and 23. I own a restaurant and my wife is a RN. We have owned rental properties on Clearwater Beach for 18 years. We live locally around 30 minutes from Clearwater Beach.

Why they chose this property

When I was single and in my 20's I rented a beach front condo a few down from this one and I never wanted to leave. But when I got married and had kids, we moved to a house in town which I enjoy but I always missed my beach views and sunsets. I always said "someday I'll be back" and now, even though I won't live there, I am glad my family and guests will get to share the amazing unforgettable memories of this condo.

What makes this property unique

We use this condo as our home away from home and have thought of every little detail that you won't find in most rentals. DVD, movies, games, beach cart, beach chairs and anything you might ever need is there.
