Herrick House - NEW 2024 offering! Downtown Blue Hill.
Built in the heart of the Village in 1881 for Edmund Herrick. Fabulous intown location with lovely gardens and patio designed by sought after landscape designer, Greenman Design. Walk to all village amenities including restaurants, galleries, shops, library, wine shop/cafe and Kneisel Hall for classical music performances. Take in a show with New Surry Theater at the historic Town Hall or a short walk to the town park where you can relax with a good book, entertain kids at the playground, enjoy Steel Band music on Monday evenings (seasonally) or swim at high tide in the warmer inner waters of Blue Hill Bay. The path to hike Blue Hill Mountain is directly across the road and Shaw Institute monitors the local waters and provides a touch tank during special times. Comfortable living for an individual or enough room for a family or up to 3 couples. Two full baths and a washer and dryer make living on the road comfortable and easy. Living room with 65" flat screen Smart TV and pullout sofa. Bucklyn gourmet coffee right next door and fresh lobster and seafood a few steps down the road at the Fishnet. Blue Hill Co-Op and Cafe and YMCA only minutes drive.
