Originally a first floor retail store front with a second floor stockroom and office, the 3rd floor was the business owners personal apartment. In the early 1970s the building was remodeled and became a 4 unit apartment complex.
Perched on historic Brownsville Road the building has enjoyed a front row seat to almost a century of Pittsburgh history.
